Oskar Blues Gubna Imperial IPA
The Gubna is in! We at ThirstEase have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the latest from Oskar Blues, and finally here it is. Thank God. This is beyond my expectations, and I am definitely convinced that canned beer is here to stay. Gubna is a strong, forceful IPA that isn’t bashful in the aroma – boasting piney, slightly citrus hops like they’re goin out of style. There’s an alcohol kick in the front, but it is masked superbly with hops and a syrupy malt taste. Bright carbonation floats this delightul beverage through a woodsy orange party in the aftertaste. The hops are fresh like you wouldn’t believe, this is truly a must try beer. I’d pair this with your absolutely favorite dinner, a sharp cheese, or a steak and potatoes dinner – yeah, it’s that strong.
