Don’t miss the Craft Beer Expo Coming to St. Pete

This one is special. This one left me to take a little nap on the sidewalk and really got me interested in beer and homebrewing. But more importantly it made “us” realize that there should be a site like ThirstEase. I attended the Craft Beer Expo in downtown Saint Petersburg last year and we are planning on attending this year in full force. A great event with great food, amazing people who love to drink and talk beer and amazing Craft Beer!

A bunch of top notch breweries are rumored to be in hand including:
Terrapin, Rogue, Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada, Brewdog, Hoppin Frog, Swamphead, Cigar City, Bold City Brewing, Tampa Bay Brewing, Dunedin Brewing, and one of our favorites Lagunitas. Also there may be a Free Cheese Tasting unlike last year which you paid a bit extra for the privlage. I did and it was great fun.
Cost of the event is said to be $30.
Like I said, I ended up thinking I could walk home and took a nap on the sidewalk along the way, worth the price of admission. Well the beer event is, not me on the sidewalk.
I highly recommend two things. First, getting your ticket as soon as they go on sale. Second, planning on getting a taxi home…I will not try walking home this year, that you can count on.
